Go with the “flow,” which is the state of intense well-being that occurs when we are so immersed in an activity that we lose all track of time―researchers say this is a key to contentment.

Step 9: Keep a gratitude journal(写感谢日记)

Keep a gratitude journal. Studies show it helps us want what we already have ― the true key to happiness.

The well-known “serenity prayer,” attributed to Reinhold Niebuhr, says, “Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

大学生,今天返校了 ,寝室几个哥们儿一起去吃火锅。战斗完结账,共141元,老板说给一百四就行了,二逼室友问如果是144那给多少?老板说还是一百四。二逼室友说那再给我来瓶可乐。。。众室友顿时虎躯一震。真他妈人才。
